Which data

• Technical data: to show you the pages, the server receives the data of each request (IP address, browser, page requested), which is used to run and protect the site.
• Email: the site has no accounts or forms: if you write to us, we use your address and message only to reply.
• Location: “Near me” only uses it if you allow it. The coordinates, rounded to about 100 metres, are used to sort the races; they aren’t stored and aren’t sent to analytics tools.
• Browsing: only with your consent, analytics and marketing tools collect data about the pages you visit, as explained in the cookie policy.

Why and on what basis

• Running and protecting the site: the controller’s legitimate interest.
• Replying to people who write to us: your request.
• Analytics and marketing: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time from “Cookie preferences”.

Providers

• Vercel: hosts the site.
• Supabase: race database, in Europe (Frankfurt).
• Google, Meta, TikTok: only with your consent, for analytics and marketing.

Some providers may process data outside the European Union, with the safeguards required by the GDPR.

How long

Data is kept only for as long as needed for the purposes above. The duration of each cookie is in the cookie policy.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, object to processing and withdraw your consent by writing to messaggi@digitalrunner.it. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
