The race
Hardmoors 26.2 Saltburn Trail Marathon is part of the Hardmoors 26.2 series of trail marathons in the North York Moors and takes place on 7 February 2027, based at Huntcliff Secondary School in Saltburn-by-the-Sea.
There are three distances, all longer than their names: a trail marathon of about 45.1 km (09:00, 9-hour limit), a half of about 23.3 km (10:00) and a 10K of about 12.1 km (10:30). Compulsory safety kit must be carried. Entry costs £31 to £54.
