The race
The Hastings Half Marathon takes place on Sunday 21 March 2027 for its 41st edition: it is organised by the Hastings Lions Club for charity, assisted by Hastings Athletic Club and Hastings Runners.
The half marathon starts at 10:30: the first half climbs through the hills, then the course drops to a fast seafront stretch to the finish, on roads closed until 13:00. New for 2027 is a two-person relay, one leg uphill and one along the coast; at 10:55 the 2 km Claremont Mini Run is for children aged 7 to 16.
