The race
La Valette Marathon takes place on Sunday 21 March 2027 along the coast of Malta, finishing inside the fortifications of Fort St Angelo in Birgu. The marathon starts at 6:30 from St Paul's Bay, the half at 7:00 from the Sliema seafront and the 10K at 7:00 from Valletta; there is also a 5K.
The AIMS-certified course follows the sea past Fort St Elmo and Fort St Angelo, through places that are part of Malta's UNESCO heritage. The time limit is 6 hours; the organiser is Corsa Malta.
