The race
Magna Carta Spring takes place on Saturday 10 April 2027 on the Thames at Runnymede, near Egham (Surrey), based at Wraysbury Skiff & Punting Club. It is organised by Hermes Running.
Races: marathon (start 08:30, £57, cut-off 6 h 30 min), half marathon (start 09:00, £47, cut-off 6 h) and 10K (£37, cut-off 2 h).
All races start and finish on the Thames Path next to the club: the marathon covers the 5.27-mile section to Old Windsor Lock five times, while the half and the 10K combine short out-and-backs towards Staines Bridge with the same section. Two checkpoints and chip timing.
