The race
Milan UP! is a non-competitive trail event on Monte Stella, the "little mountain of San Siro" in Milan's green belt, organised by asd Stay FUORI. The winter edition takes place on Sunday 8 November 2026.
The race runs on a 2.5 km loop of trails, gravel roads and asphalt: the 5K is 2 laps and the 10K 4 laps, both starting together at 9:30. At 11:00 comes the Americana, up to 8 elimination laps.
The race is chip-timed but has no officials, and no medical certificate is required. The village is on Via Cimabue, at the Centro Sportivo XXV Aprile, open from Saturday 7 November.
Course
The course is a 2.5 km loop on the trails of Monte Stella, with climbs and descents on dirt and asphalt. The 5K covers 2 laps, the 10K 4 laps and the Americana up to 8 laps.
In the Americana each lap has a tighter cut-off: 16 minutes for the first, then 15'30", 15', 14'30", 14', 13' and 12' for the seventh, while the eighth is a free run to the finish. Everyone is guaranteed at least 4 laps, even if eliminated earlier, and each lap starts one minute after the previous cut-off closes.
