The race
The Olea Trail is a trail race on the island of Pag, scheduled for Saturday 14 November 2026 in Stara Novalja and organised by Hotel Olea. The longest route, the 45.5 km marathon course, has 1,200 metres of elevation gain; there are also 25, 17 and 12 km routes and a 1.6 km kids' route.
The trails cross the coast and the stony Zaglava area, pass the Byzantine fortress of Svetojanj, the Novalja field and the olive groves, ending in Stara Novalja. Part of the long course crosses private land open only on race day.
