The race
The Trofeo Alpino – Memorial Garelli Giovanni is a non-competitive running event organised by the Mondovì section of the Italian Alpine Troops Association (ANA) in Roccaforte Mondovì, now in its first edition. On Saturday 14 November participants gather at 14:30 at the Pala Ellero in Piazza A.N.A. and set off together at 15:30, choosing between an 8 km run and a 5 km walk on asphalt and dirt roads.
Entry costs 7 euros including a race pack, guaranteed for the first 100, and is taken on site until fifteen minutes before the start. The event will not go ahead in bad weather.
