The race
The 42nd Telekom Vivicittá Spring Half Marathon is Hungary's biggest spring running festival: it takes place in Budapest over the weekend of 10 and 11 April 2027, starting and finishing on Margaret Island. The half marathon route passes the city's best-known sights.
The half marathon (also as a relay) and the 10K are on Sunday 11 April, the 7K and shorter races on Saturday 10. Distances are AIMS-certified; almost 38,000 people took part over the 2026 weekend.
