The race
The 10th Winter Tarsogno Trail takes place on Sunday 8 November 2026 in Tarsogno, in the province of Parma, organised by ASD Spirito Tarsogno with UISP Parma officials.
There are two competitive races: the WTT 25K (25 km and 1,140 m of climbing, start at 9:00) and the Short Trail (12 km and 450 m of climbing, start at 9:30). At 9:45 the non-competitive walks, Panoramica and "6 con noi?", set off.
The start is at Via Noberini 1, in the square in front of Bar Ducale, and competitive runners finish on the steps under the arch. At the end of the day the gym becomes a lunch area, with a €12 meal ticket also open to companions.
The WTT 25K covers 25 km with 1,140 m of elevation gain and has three aid stations, at km 4.5, km 12.5 and km 20; the Short Trail is 12 km with 450 m of climbing, with one aid station at km 4.5. If it rains, the 25K uses an alternative course (plan B).
Markings are yellow for the 25K and blue for the Short Trail, with volunteers at junctions. There are no cups at the aid stations: everyone must bring their own.

Who can take part
- at least 18 years old for the Short Trail and 20 for the 25K;
- a competitive sports medical certificate for athletics valid on race day;
- FIDAL, UISP or Runcard members, or unaffiliated runners.
Fees
- WTT 25K: €25 until 4 October, €32 from 5 October to 5 November;
- Short Trail 12K: €14 until 4 October, €17 from 5 October to 5 November;
- non-competitive walks: €7.
Online entries close on Thursday 5 November 2026; on Sunday morning you can enter only if bibs are left, for €5 extra. Payment is by bank transfer, credit card or cash.
Mandatory kit
- long-sleeved windproof or waterproof jacket;
- trail shoes with good grip;
- gloves, bandana or hat;
- personal cup;
- charged mobile phone with the organisers' emergency number.
Kit is spot-checked: missing items cost a 2-minute penalty, up to 5 minutes or disqualification in cold, wet conditions. The chip must be returned at the finish, otherwise there is a €25 charge.
