The race
The Befana Run is a non-competitive fun run and walk, open to everyone, held on the Riviera dei Pini in Cervia, between the pine forest and the sea. The 2027 edition takes place on Sunday 3 January 2027 and opens the long weekend of the Tuffo della Befana (Befana's Dip).
The route runs along the new Lungomare of the Riviera dei Pini. The meeting point is the Casina della Proloco; after the finish there are refreshments, mulled wine, panettone and music.
It is organised by Proloco Riviera dei Pini APS with the Comune di Cervia, Women in Run Cesena and Radio Bruno; at the last edition part of the proceeds went to Women in Run Cesena for the Linea Donna projects. Times and fees for 2027 have not yet been published.
