The race
La Vallazza is the race of G.P. Atletica Molinella, in the Bologna lowlands. The 48th edition takes place on Sunday 1 November 2026, with the meeting point open from 8:00 at Parco La Torretta in Molinella (Bologna).
Sunday 1 November
- 9:30 – Run La Vallazza, a FIDAL-approved regional competitive road race over 13.5 km
- 9:00 – non-competitive walks of 13.5 km and 8.4 km
- 9:00 – Stramolinella Ecospasso, a barrier-free 4 km walk through the town centre, with everyone starting together
Saturday 31 October
At the Stadio Comunale di Molinella the Minicamminata – 29° Memorial Luca Licari takes place, with the 4th Trofeo King Junior and valid for the UISP 2026 cup: youth races from 250 m for the youngest to 2,200 m for the Allievi, starting from 15:00.
Every finisher of the competitive race receives a finisher medal, and every entrant gets a bath towel.

Rules and requirements
Run La Vallazza (13.5 km)
A race on the FIDAL regional calendar, also open to sports promotion bodies; according to the flyer, World Athletics athletes cannot take part.
- €15 when entering on iRunning by midnight on 29 October, with payment by bank transfer
- €20 on race day, by 9:00
Prizes for the top 5 men and top 5 women (fuel vouchers from €100 to €50 plus a prize), category prizes and prizes for the top 3 clubs by points. Bag drop and showers are available.
Walks
The fee is €2.50, or €3 on the day of the event. Groups enter by e-mail by midnight on 29 October; individuals up to 15 minutes before the start, only with a sports fitness medical certificate. Prizes in kind for all participants and for groups of at least 10; refreshments and medical assistance are provided.
Memorial Luca Licari (Saturday 31 October)
Entries on iRunning by Thursday 29 October at midnight, fee €3 with a participation prize for everyone. Adults are not allowed on the course.
