The race
Corri per il Verde is the UISP Rome cross-country series, now in its 55th edition: for over half a century it has taken runners to discover the green spaces of the capital. The 2026 calendar has four stages, from Parco della Caffarella to Parco di Centocelle.
The third stage takes place on Sunday 22 November 2026 at Valle dell'Aniene Nature Reserve, with assembly at 8:00 and the first start at 9:30.
Distances depend on the category:
- 6 km for men's Junior, Promesse, Amatori and Master;
- 4 km for the same women's categories and for Allievi boys and girls;
- from 2 km to 300 m for youth categories, from Cadetti to Cuccioli.

Rules and requirements
- Sports promotion bodiesMembers of an Italian sports promotion body recognised by FIDAL, with a competitive medical certificate.
- FIDAL membersMembers of an Italian athletics club (Italian Athletics Federation).
- RuncardFIDAL card for runners without a club: buy it online and pair it with a competitive athletics medical certificate.
The race is open to:
- members of UISP or other CONI-recognised sports promotion bodies;
- FIDAL members;
- from age 20, Runcard holders with a sports medical certificate.
The race fee is €8 for adults and €6 for young runners, with online entry by 13:00 on Friday 20 November; only Esordienti, Pulcini and Cuccioli can enter on site (€7). Bibs and payment at the UISP stand before the start.
Results use a reusable chip and gun time; the chip must be returned at the finish, otherwise a €20 penalty applies. Individual, club and family rankings are added up over the four stages.
