The race
Giancarlo corre con noi is the fourteenth Memorial Giancarlo Mura, the year-end road race organised by GS Runners Cagliari with the Quelli del Colle group on Sunday 20 December 2026. It is held in the park of Colle San Michele, below the castle: the competitive race of about 9.3 km starts at 10:30, combining a first outer lap entirely on asphalt with inner laps featuring demanding climbs and descents, a few hundred metres of dirt and stretches of trachyte paving.
Youth races run from 9:30, and a non-competitive 4.4 km walk also sets off at 10:30. The race fee is 17 euros on ENDU by 16 December, and the first 250 entrants receive a technical shirt.
