The race
The eighth Half Marathon Arancia di Ribera D.O.P. takes place on Sunday 20 December 2026 in Ribera, in the province of Agrigento, named after the orange that is the symbol of the area. Organised by ASD Pol. Athlon Ribera with the town council and ACSI Sicilia, it is on the FIDAL national calendar and is the final round of the 24th Sicily Grand Prix of half marathons.
The start is at 9:30 from Piazza Duomo, on a certified, gently rolling loop. A certified 10 km is held alongside the half, starting and finishing on the same timing mat. Fees are low: €20-25 for the half and €15-20 for the 10 km, with a guaranteed gift for entries by 30 November and a medal for every finisher. The time limit is 2 hours 30 minutes; prize giving starts at 12:00.
Course
Start and finish in Piazza Duomo in Ribera, with the 10 km starting and finishing on the same mat as the half. The rules describe a gently rolling, FIDAL-certified loop but publish neither the street list nor a map. Drinks and sponges along the course and refreshments at the finish.

- FIDAL membersMembers of an Italian athletics club (Italian Athletics Federation).
- RuncardFIDAL card for runners without a club: buy it online and pair it with a competitive athletics medical certificate.

- International runnersMembers of a federation affiliated to World Athletics, or with a Runcard and a competitive medical certificate.
Half marathon from age 18 and 10 km from age 16, for 2026 FIDAL members, members of foreign clubs affiliated to World Athletics (self-declaration signed at collection) and, from age 20, Runcard or Runcard EPS holders with a competitive medical certificate for athletics (non-resident foreigners may use one from their own country with the same tests). Half fees: €20 by 30 November with guaranteed gift, €20 until 7 December without guaranteed gift, €25 from 8 to 14 December without gift.
10 km: €15 until 7 December with gift and medal, €20 until 14 December. Entries on Endu or by email to Evodata, payment by card, bank transfer or Satispay, no cash; entries close on 14 December. The fee includes medical assistance, bib, drinks and sponges, finish refreshments, changing rooms, chip, race pack, medal and downloadable certificate.
No refunds; substitution with a runner from the same club is allowed. MySDAM shoe chip (€18 if not returned). Time limit 2h30.
Prizes in kind, no money: first man and woman overall and top three per category in the half, top five men and women in the 10 km.
