The race
The Rome 15K, now in its 13th edition, is Rome's only 15 km race: it starts at 9:00 from Via delle Terme di Caracalla and crosses the historic centre, passing places such as Piazza di Spagna, on a fast course. It is organised by Forhans Team, long-time organisers of the Rome 21K; at 9:15 the Rome 5K starts, which also serves as the FIDAL Lazio regional championship. Both distances have competitive and non-competitive versions, and the organisers publish videos of both routes.
