The race
The Seller Ten is a competitive 10.1 km road race in Cremona, organised by K3 SSD ARL with FIDAL authorisation and in partnership with the City of Cremona. It takes place on Sunday 15 November 2026, starting at 9:00.
The course is a single loop on fully asphalted municipal roads, starting and finishing at the same point, with assembly from 8:30 at Via Boschetto 132. Younger runners have a 500 m race for Esordienti and a 2,000 m race for Ragazzi and Cadetti.
Course
A single 10.1 km loop on fully asphalted municipal roads, starting and finishing at the same point in Cremona. The time limit is 1 hour 30 minutes.

Rules and requirements
- FIDAL membersMembers of an Italian athletics club (Italian Athletics Federation).
- RuncardFIDAL card for runners without a club: buy it online and pair it with a competitive athletics medical certificate.
- Sports promotion bodiesMembers of an Italian sports promotion body recognised by FIDAL, with a competitive medical certificate.
Who can enter
- FIDAL members from the Allievi category upwards;
- Runcard EPS holders registered with FIDAL-affiliated bodies;
- Runcard holders aged 20 and over, living in Italy or abroad.
Runcard and Runcard EPS holders must hand in a competitive sports medical certificate stating "atletica leggera"; members of other federations, such as triathlon, are not allowed.
Fees and entries
- adults and Allievi: €15, €20 on race day;
- Esordienti, Ragazzi and Cadetti: €5, €10 on race day.
Entries are on ENDU and close on Thursday 12 November 2026 at 23:59. The fee includes the post-race refreshment, bib, chip (€5 penalty if not returned), insurance and medical assistance.
Prizes
The first three men and women overall and the winner of each category receive prizes in kind.
