The race
The Maratonina Città di Crema, organised by A.S.D. Bike & Run, reaches its 20th edition on Sunday 8 November 2026, with start and finish in Piazza Garibaldi in the historic centre. The organisers bill it as «the fastest half marathon in Lombardy»: the FIDAL-certified Bronze-label course is flat and on asphalt, with a few short cobbled stretches in the centre.
The half starts at 9:45, while at 8:35 the competitive 10 km sets off, followed by the non-competitive Marian Ten, in memory of Marianna Rota, open to everyone without a medical certificate. Half marathon fees range from 28 to 36 euros (40 euros on Saturday without race pack), 10 km fees from 19 to 25 euros; the first 1,000 half marathon entrants are guaranteed a long-sleeved thermal shirt.
Prize money reaches 1,000 euros with time bonuses, and there are pacers, showers and a medal for every finisher. On Saturday 7 November the Enercom Crema Kids Run brings children up to 14 onto the track.

Course
Start and finish in Piazza Garibaldi, in the centre of Crema. The half marathon runs on flat, fast, paved town streets, with a few short cobbled sections in the historic centre; the course was re-measured by the FIDAL official in 2023. The official website publishes the list of streets and a video of the route for both the 21 km and the 10 km, re-measured in 2024.
Aid stations along the route and a take-away refreshment after the finish. Starts are organised in corrals based on declared times, with access 15 minutes before the gun. The Marian Ten covers about 10 km through the town streets at whatever pace you like.
