The race

The Powerade Milano Half Marathon, organised by FollowYourPassion, takes place on Sunday 22 November 2026, starting at 8:45 from Viale Eginardo next to CityLife, where the finish is too. Runners can choose the competitive half marathon (also open, in a non-competitive tourist format, to foreigners living abroad) or the 10 km, competitive or non-competitive, which starts right after.

The course is fast, with about 40 metres of climbing, and passes Milan's landmarks: Corso Sempione, the Sforza Castle, Piazza della Repubblica, Via Senato, Corso Venezia and the ring of the old ramparts. The race is FIDAL-certified and AIMS and World Athletics certified, draws more than 15,000 runners and offers entertainment along the route, such as the Rockin'1000.

Half marathon fees range from 45 to 75 euros and 10 km fees from 25 to 40 euros, with pacers, an official T-shirt and a finisher medal. From Friday 20 to Sunday 22 November the Expo Village at Allianz MiCo hosts bib collection, exhibitors and award ceremonies.

Course

Start and finish in Viale Eginardo, between CityLife and Portello (M5 Portello metro). The half marathon route, still provisional on the official website, runs through Piazza Sei Febbraio and Corso Sempione, loops around the Arco della Pace and the Sforza Castle (Viale Molière, Piazza Castello), heads up to Piazzale Biancamano and Piazza della Repubblica, enters the fashion district via Via Senato and Corso Venezia, then follows the ramparts along Viale Bianca Maria, Viale Filippetti and Viale Gian Galeazzo to Viale di Porta Vercellina and Via Rossetti, before returning towards Piazzale Arduino and the finish.

It is a flat, fast city course on asphalt (about 40 m of climbing). Aid stations at roughly km 5, 10, 15 and 20 (Piazza Castello, Via Senato, Via Caldara, Via Rossetti) plus a final refreshment area. The 10 km has one aid station at km 5 and about 14 m of climbing.
