The race
The Murgeopark Trail Experience is a 30 km trail race with 580 metres of climbing in the Alta Murgia National Park, inside the UNESCO Geopark, organised by Atletica Amatori Corato and part of the Puglia Trail circuit. In its second edition it starts on Sunday at 8:30, after a historical re-enactment, with a time limit of four and a half hours.
The weekend also features the Mini Trail Kids and Dog Walk on Saturday, and on Sunday the 10 km La Coratina EcoTrekking and a traditions fair.
