The race
Santu Perdu Currit is a road race in its first edition, organised by ASD Atletica Pula in Villa San Pietro, the village south-west of Cagliari whose Sardinian name is Santu Perdu. The competitive race covers about 9 km: three laps of an almost flat 3 km loop through the old town, starting at 10:00 and finishing in the new riverside park.
A non-competitive run of about 6 km on the same loop starts at 10:15, followed at 10:30 by a 3 km fitness walk. Entries are on ENDU until 26 November, with fees of 18 to 20 euro for the competitive race.
