The race
STAD10 – La Stracittadina di Terni is a 10 km road race organised by Ternana Marathon Club and included in the FIDAL national calendar, on a measured and certified course. The 2026 edition is the seventh and takes place on Sunday 25 October 2026.
Runners gather from 8:30 at the Decathlon store in Strada San Martino and the start is at 10:00 from the square in front of the store; the finish is inside the Stadio Libero Liberati.
Alongside the competitive race there is a non-competitive 10 km fun run on the same course, with no ranking or timing, starting behind the competitive runners.

Rules and requirements
- FIDAL membersMembers of an Italian athletics club (Italian Athletics Federation).
- RuncardFIDAL card for runners without a club: buy it online and pair it with a competitive athletics medical certificate.
- International runnersMembers of a federation affiliated to World Athletics, or with a Runcard and a competitive medical certificate.
Who can take part
- Competitive race from age 16: FIDAL members for 2026, Runcard holders from age 20, members of clubs affiliated to federations recognised by World Athletics
- All competitive runners need a competitive medical certificate for athletics
- The non-competitive run requires no certificate or membership
Entries and fees
Pre-registration is online via ICRON (also from stad10.it) or at the corner inside the Decathlon store in Terni, and closes on Thursday 22 October 2026 at 23:59. The competitive race costs €18, the non-competitive run €15, both including the race pack.
There are no race-day entries unless the organisers decide otherwise: any late entry costs €20 and the race pack is not guaranteed. FIDAL clubs get one free bib for every 10 entrants.
